Is a WILL on which Witnesses signature is there but name/address missing VALID ?? and Is stamp paper date on a Rs.20 stamp paper is deemed as WILL date whether an undated WILL made on a Rs.20 stamp paper & whether same is VALID 3) How to prove a WILL is true or fake -if deceased testator signature can't be verified with other documents-in that case if witnesses testify about testator signature in their presence can be sufficient proof of a WILL to be genuine ??
Dear Querist, requirement of will is details of property and to whom its bequeathed, signature by testator and two attesting witness. If all the conditions are meet with then the will is proper.
Regarding genuiness you can certify the same by filing a probate petition in court.
