About land issue inheritance matter

My grandfathers whole property registered to my dad then he is simply selling that property for other expenses like drinking and other sake.... Without permission of mine (srikanth) he is selling his property then can i eligible to stop such thing to do not sell the property???

hello sir,
if the property of your grandfather is self-acquired and has transferred the whole to your father then your father has full rights on the said property (ie he can do what he wants).
but if your father has acquired those properties through inheritance, then your father will have limited rights and you can very will be able to stop the selling. further more details are required to go into all the legal aspects in this issue.
