How can we do court marriage (hindu girl n muslim boy)

we want to do marriage but we both don't want to change our religions. so i just to know that we can do court marriage without change our religion if boy is muslim(divorced) and girl is hindu.
as per ur query it is possible tht the marriage can get soleminized with out changing the religion of the each person .in this form of marraige you need to take help of an advocate then only you are able.to do this kind of marraige as per law which is valid .
