unable to pay PERSONAL LOAN/credit card EMI

Dear Sir
Due to some financial issues am unable to pay personal loans/credit card emis. Total due is around 20 lacs and am getting numerous calls from different number and asking to pay in full which I cannot as have family to support as well. I have asked for some time and will pay once situation gets better but not ready to listen. I am in lots of stress please help
