if an SLP has been filed in the Supreme Court and on refiling there are substantial changes made to the SLP where the page numbers have increased etc, what are the consequences. Under the circumstances will the SLP be liable to be rejected.
As you know Special Leave Petition is a huge instrument of the dispensation of justice from the apex court in the country. However, SLP is very fluid and flexible provision because of its inherent nature.
