This matter is regarding the flat cancellation in Thane region, Mumbai

Hi, I had booked a flat in December 2019 in Lodha Crown Majiwada. I need to cancel the flat due to financial crisis and family health concerns.

Dear sir for this you can send one legal notice through any real estate lawyer or through any law firm , if developer is ready to pay the amount after sending the legal notice then matter will be closed on same time otherwise you can file a case before rera or before consumer commission .
