if property is self acquired property of your father you cannot claim it as a metter of right , you succeed if your father dies intestate , if your father gifts it to somebody , it is his wish , have you put your money in the flat for purchase , if not , you cannot claim it as a right
Q: Revoked POA -Property purchase from NRI
I am buying a property from NRi who has registered poa in his mothers name. The Poa was issued in 2023 and since he cannot travel he has given me a true copy. .My question.. Is there any way to know if poa is still valid and not revoked?

you can only know if it is cancelled by way of registration , if it is cancelled by paper publication or by issuance of notice you cannot come to know. it's the Executor who can tell whether it is in existence or not.

Hi, Judgment has been passed on Mutual Consent Divorce (Christian marriage) on January 13th, 2025. Divorce granted/Case has been disposed. My queries are :- Is there any waiting/appeal period before remarriage in Mutual Consent Divorce (u/s.10(A) of Indian Divorce Act, 1869) ?- How long will it take to get the decree (Court is Additional District and Sessions Court in Kalyan (Thane)) ? - What is the procedure to get the decree ? there is no time period as per the law however it is advisable to wait period is over that is approximate in 90 days from the date of the order dissolving the marriage under the mutual consent. decree will be generated in some time period after the order is passed.
Q: Transfer of ownership of house property by will
Sir,My father is died in 2019, I have his will for the flat where I resides in Pune City from near about 21 years.In that will he mentioned to give this flat in the name of me.But yet I have not get transferred the ownership in my name.Is there any period limit to transfer the ownership, what is process and which documents required for it.

you have to probate the will of your father. the succession rights come through probate which is granted by the District judge or the High Court . Will creates vestee interest but it is required to be probated. you have not mentioned whether flat is in CHS . as per new amendment in 2019 it is mandatory for succession certificate

I’m a 50-year-old Canadian citizen (woman) from India. Chargesheet filed under IPC 467, 468, 471, 420- Nov2024. I missed a hearing, leading to an NBW. LOC was issued latercanceled. since you are saying that the husband Ghost by the High Court not go because it is an error on the part of the door code the lower code was not aware that the fire has been cost there can be an advocate who can be appointed who can make the Kota where who can inform the code that SR husband cost and the nbw has been issued after the question of the fat that what it is bad in law it is void and duffer it is required to be withdrawn the trial court will be draw the nbw which has been issued
