As I have booked the site in IVC telcom city in IVC road devanahalli Bangalore on 2015 they told that they will hand over the layout with in one year till then they have not done any progress to the land we have already paid the amount of Rs
you can approach the rera seeking refund or compensation or possession etc, but you have to be careful, need to check whether the project is covered under rera , approach advocate for detail opinion.
