Filing a case in RERA need advise.....

I have purchased a flat in MAR 2014. But builder has not finished the construction as per agreement. Possession date as per Agreement is DEC-2018 and Grace period will be 6 months i.e. June 2019. Want to know that do we file a case against builder in RERA now ? or we need to wait till June? Please confirm.
First confirm what is the stage of the project and whether he would give the possession in June or not. If there's no required progress in the project then you can file the case now. You need not wait till June in that case. By the way June is not much far.

1. You need to wait til june;
2. If he does not provide the possession letter by end of june then take action;
3. Hopefully all your other documents are in place and the building has received its OC and CC;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
