Validity of Sale Agreement & GPA

1. Original owner sold Delhi L & DO leasehold property to "Buyer 1" via Sale agreement with possession. 90% payment made & balance 10% to be made at the time of Sale Deed registrationn2. "Buyer 1" sold it to "Buyer 2" (Me) on same terms & payment via Sale agreement with possession. 90% payment made & balance 10% to be made at the time of Sale Deed.3. Original owner executed POA in favour of "GPA holder 1" (wife of Buyer 1)n4. GPA Holder 1 executed POA in favour of "GPA Holder 2" (my brother)n5. Original owner is deadn6. Which GPA is valid after the death of original owner - GPA-1 or & GPA-2 n7. How "Buyer 2" (me) can proceed for freehold & Sale Deed registration

No GPA is valid ..... for more information kindly share the documents with me....and also the details of sale deed will be required. You can approch court for registration of Sale Deed. I am there to help you
