Validity of Sale deed done by GPA holder

A freehold plot (conveyance deed made) was 'transferred' via GPA and SPA by person A to person B. Person B sold this property (4 floors) to 4 different people 20 years ago and a registered sale deed for this sale exists. Person C owns one of these floors and wants to sell it further now.
Will the sale deed between B and C be considered valid?
Can the GPA issued from A to B be revoked now?
Is the property legally safe to purchase from person C?
