Q: What to do if daughter in law forcefully wants to settle with inlaws

My son got married in 2016 as love marraige without permission of family. Now he has gone abroad for study and got sick (T.B.) in Germany. in April, 2017. And Now the girl is forcing to come back or she will deport him.. What to do in this case. She has gone to CAW cell and came to our house that she is our daughter-in-law.. My son is unemployed and she is asking to settle her or divorce. What to do?

my wife died on 13.3.15 in hospital and made will on 11.3.15,dully attested by 2 independent witness and doctor.what is the procedure to probate the will now. what is court fee in saket court delhi and lawyer fee and time reqired for probate.please contact at.

Q: Mother made will for one property want to distribute rest of them

we are hindu, we have four residential properties , my widow mother who is now 80 years old , has distrubed the properties among myself and my brother( we are one and one sister), this has done through registered will, but for some reason we have to sell one of property , for remaining property is there any need for execution of new will.
