Property dispute with step mother

My father is re married and step mother is influencing my him to not give any property to me his first son from first marriage how procedure shud I follow to court . Also he has already given him his 2 bhi flat and she wants possession of all properties.

you can go and file an suit for partition if the property is ancestral and if the property is not buyed by your father then you can claim you part of property from your father from the court and get it done officially

Legally you are entitled to the properties of your father since he is your biological father so issue him a notice following the same you will have to also move the court if you come to know that he is selling off the properties without giving you anything
