How to file a complaint against step mother and father?

After my mother demise, my father done second marriage. I have five siblings and four are unmarried. In the influence of step mother he is saying that there is no money for daughter's marriage. He is owning MIG flat and now wants a seperate property for his second wife. Pls suggest how to file a legal complaint against both.

your sister has to maintenance which includes expenses for her marriage if she is not earning. The a claim for maintenance is filed in a family court to claim money. She will have to prove we will have to prove that the sea has no other means of income income and her father is earning . Even other brothers and sisters who are still studying and dependent on the father can file a maintenance claim against the father.

hello client as i can see ur issue is really very bad status for a family. in this matter a syou have informed tht you are 5 siblings but in this matter you need to file a case in court directly with the help of rhe court you are able to fight in the court. for tht you need to hire an advocate who can help you in this legal issue.
