Procedure to get back original documents of property.

Hlo sir /madam actually we lost our property doc, and we have that xerox s ,is there any chance to apply for documents again,and it is a notary property,Plz give me a solution,Thankyou.

you can obtain the certified copies but firstly you need to approach an advocate and issue a public notice in a general news papers in two medium of languages and the need to apply with the government as the originals are lost and then you can obtain a certificate of lost

Madam 1. immediately go to police station within whose local limits documents missed. 2. Give paper publication regarding missing. 3. Same fact should get it notarized 4. Apply to the registrar for issuing certified copy.

There is no procedure to apply for documents which is unregistered, but if you have genuine grounds and valid reasons then you have a option to file case in the court to declare yourself as the owner of the property.

You can file a request with the trial court for the return of the original documents. You can get it back by filing a request with the court that was handling the case. The court will order the release of documents.
