Hi,

After disposal means whether it is dismissed or allowed and you need to apply for certified copy in the same court.
Then you come to know what is the next step and more over are you the plaintiff or defendant. You can check the Court A-Diary also.

Sir,

After the disposal of the case, parties to the case have to apply for certified copies of the documents from the court by submitting copy application. The documents will not be sent to the parties. If original documents are submitted in the court while filing the suit or subsequently during trial, and the parties want them back after disposal of the case, they can apply for the original documents by filing a petition under Order 13 Rule 9 of CPC r/w Sec 151 in the court where the parties have filed the original documents. Please note that the suit in question is one in which an appeal is not allowed, when the suit has been disposed of, and where the suit is one in which an appeal is allowed, when the court is satisfied that the time for preferring an appeal has elapsed and that no appeal has been preferred or, if an appeal has been preferred, when the appeal has been disposed of, the court will return the documents. I hope this clarifies.

Dear Client,
After disposal of cases disposal papers will be sent to concerned district court. Those papers will be kept in safe custody for 8 years. So apply as soon as possible to get certified copies. Other wise those records will be destroyed after certain period. Those court records will not given to anybody either to petitioner or to respondent by the court.
