Family court issued NBW against me. Apart from praying for recall of warrants I want to challenge the family court's decision/step of issuing that NBW also, on law. So my case comes in CRLRC or CRLP for filling in high court Hyderabad. what is crlp full form in court ?

Q: Complaint against drunk person, abusive towards the family members

I have worked as headmaster At zp high school Nuze ndla .The ever I entered the school a local person came and using abusing wards with jealousy on my family members. He is aged 75 and retired person fulldrunkurd. A person in that school not working properly call him by phone and harassing g me with his help and demanding money with the cause of a person other than that village worked should pay one lakh for every year of their working in that village. please kindly suggest me the way to face this problem legally. what are some legal issues that are associated with the abuse of alcohol ?

From : Hyderabad.You have to file Police complaint against the person who assaulting , abusing and extortion you and your family members with local police station , if local police not help you then you will approach to the superintendent of police of your district and also you have an option to file private complaint against the such persons in the court for criminal action.

Q: do we need a legal hier certificate if there is a will registered

there is a property on my mother name for which we have the Will executed on my Name (i am the only son) .she died recently do we need a Legal hier certificate too ?

Q: Cheque Bounce of 40 Lakhs

I am a working women these cheques were issued to me by my husbands friend who himself is an advocate by profession in a smaller city of AP and also very active in realestate. This was taken as a handloan with secured postdated cheques issued. However 2 cheques dated same day 27th August bounced on being presented in the bank. What is the next course of legal action I should be taking, can i present the cheque 2nd time or issue a legal notice. If a legal notice what should be the content. Or should I follow the banks procedure of presenting the cheque 3 times and then send the legal notice. Further the gentleman also gave me a 3rd cheque, post dated for Sep 23rd,2018. Should I present that cheque also as the above 2 cheques have bounced I am sure the 3rd one will also bounce. What are my legal options

Hi,This is M.A RAHEEM KHAN Advocate @ lawrato.comFirst you have to issue legal notice through advocate to make payment of the above said two cheques amount within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice, if he failed to pay within 15 days then you have a right to filed case U/s 138 of N.I Act . If 3rd cheque will also bounced then you issue separate legal notice of that cheque.
