Paid stamp duty on agreement to sale do we need pay stamp duly again

07-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Agreement to sell is between builder and Party A, and full stamp duty is paid on it, with clause that party or his nominee (nominee's Name not mentioned) will execute sale deed. But subsequent Tripartite sale Deed is between Builder (vendor), party A (consentor) and Party B (Purchaser) , wherein consentor dropped idea to purchase and transferred property to Purchaser as nominee of consentor. But STAMP DUTY IS NOT PAID ON TRIPARTITE SALE DEED, but mentions stamp duty already paid on agreement to sell. and sale deed is duly registered. Is stamp duty is to be paid on sale deed also ??

No need not to pay it again.
I am giving it for state of maharashtra.
e.g. flat value is 10 lakh
then stamp @ 30,000/-
registration @5% i.e. 2000/-
LBT @1% i.e. 10000/- if applicable.
As u had all ready paid it at time of agreement to sell no need to pay it again.
