Double registration by builder as Fraudulent

Builder has done a fraud by doing double registration with two parties. Builder is now in jail as per the civil suit sentence by court. We are the first party and now selling our property to other person , registration is done with other person and during legal search by bank came to know that there is some bogus registration done by builder long time back with someone who don’t exist . Now it’s held back by bank for disbursal of loan due to this query. We have the court copy where builder has given court an affidavit saying who are the authenticated purchasers of the respective flats. How can we get that bogus registration record deleted / cancelled by making use of the existing suit filed by other people and go also got cheated by the same builder.

You can file suit for Declaration and permanent injunction against first registered document party and Builder.
Thereby you can get decree from court of law.
By getting decree of declaration and permanent injunction you can reject claim of first registered document party.
