File one Public Interest Litigation before High Court by joining with other residents of your area consult any advocate. Mean time why Municipality Commissioner is asking about legal opinion to take action against wrong doers who don't even possess licence and own the land ? Apply one application under R.T.I to check about the owner of the property and take Municipal Commissioner reply in written and add this document with your petition before High Court.

If the Corporation does not take action and stop the illegal activity, you along with other residents can file a writ petition in Court asking for direction to the corporation to take such action. You better mobilise some people for this.

The most effective remedy in such cases is to file a civil suit for possession of the property in question. It is a time consuming process depending on the court, but results in a declaration that the property is yours and a court order granting you possession. In case you would like to pursue the matter or discuss it further, please book a consultation as this would require examination of property papers.

Dear sir

Thank you for your query. If your uncle is not giving your property which is in your name you can proceed to file a case in the court of law against your uncle and filing 'suit for seeking posession of your property'.
