Wat is the procedure to file a case in high court for property dispute....my anstral house is approx 3 crore....if we file a case do we hve to pay certain amount in court as deposit as we cant afford that so plz give in a simple launguage ?

This is third question which I replied that in suit for partition you have to pay court fees as per your part,
That means you don't have to pay court fees on total value of property.

You have to pay court fees as your part, maximum court fees is ₹ 75,000/- as per guajarat court fees act.
