My father died without will so How to add my n mother name in 7/12 extract of Maharashtra ? What document will be needed n IAM Muslim.
You have to apply to the Tensile office, for getting your mothers name and also successors of your father to be added. an application with the death certificate of your father is required along with Affidavits of your Mother and signatures of all legal heirs kn the application.
