Tampered 7/12 document by local talathi.

My name was added in 7/12 on 19/05/2021 which was my varas nond after my father passed away. And after 7 days i see that it was deleted and builders name got added in it, we asked local talathi and she told it was added because we lost the case which was filed against our builder, instead of our appeal being still in court. How come 7/12 changed without we getting any notice in 7 days? We didn’t received any ferfar change notice and now there are 2 new ferfar on our 7/12. Please help
Well, if you win in Appeal, then 7/12th Extract can again appear on your name. You guys have lost the battle in lower court, that was why, you could see Builder's name appearing on 7/12th Extract. Hope you got my point.

You can make complaint to Revenue Authority. Before that you go to talathi and show her pending appeals document and make an application before her for correcting the entries. If she rejects to do so then go to Revenue Authority.
