Gift deed for property from mother to son

My mother wants to sale the residential plot & would like to buy the Builder floor under my name (Son), Please suggest how can we transfer the ownership under my name & avoid any Tax burden. I read that Gift deed can help here, but can you suggest that post receiving of gift deed after much time i can sale the above said plot?

Registered gift deed is to be done by mother to son and then son can sale the concerned property whenever the son wants to. There is no time frame required in case of registrated gift deed. Also the transfer of property in blood relations doesn’t bear any stamp duty in some states. Please contact me for further discussion on the matter.
