Consideration Value Written As Zero In E Stamp Paper

Sir, I am selling a flat, we have made a agreement on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 100, where consideration price mentioned is zero. I hope that it should be the value of the flat sale price. Please help.

Sir this is illegal. Atleast you have to mention circle rate in it. you can not sell the flat below the circle rate. otherwise it will be illegal.
there are many other legal way for avoiding stamp paper charges for that we can arrange a meeting at my office
