Q: Husband not ready to give divorce

My husband and I are married for 8 yrs and it is not working out.He is a complete different person and he knows that.All my dreams related to family and career got broken because of him. I am asking for divorce since 2015,sometime he will agree but I start talking about filing he will keep asking for time to make his mind. After our marriage I moved back abroad to avoid living with him and his family because they were emotionally,physically and mentally draining me out.He is okay with me being in another country but he wont live because he has to tell his relatives! I want to start fresh before its too old for me.I'm in a mental stage where I have to decide to end everything if he doesnt leave me soon.We are currently in different cities in India but he isnt agreeing to start paper work. He is afraid he has to live alone and I will get anyone as soon as I leave him! His parents think of me as a maid even though I earn more than him and work more hours.Can I file without mutual consent?

Q: Need help in gifting a property to my daughter who lives in uk

I need to transfer my property to my daughter who lives in U.K. and cannot travel due to COVID restrictions. Can someone draft a POA which she can sign in UK and send it back authorizing her father to sign and accept the gift on her bahalf. Subsequent to this help us in completing the formalities for gifting the property.

Q: Possession of plot without any Part/Full completion

I received my plot possession without any Part/Full completion hiding the situation. I construct my home and I found there is no Domestic Electricity(Getting electricity from NDS Charges). , No Storm Line, etc.Residential plotted colony was started in 2007 and I received the possession in 2016. There is no date mentioned of Possession.My question is :1. What date of possession should be considered?2. Delay compensation.3. Domestic electricity Connection.4. Hi Deepak, based on the facts you have shared you you can file a complaint under RERA. Most of the questions that you have asked rely on the agreement between you and the builder but in general you are entitled for compensation due to delay and incomplete work of the builder.

Q: False case of police just because driver was driving on wrong si.

Police put ipc 279 and ipc 336 with ipc 188 for driving car on wrong side at night time. Please tell what to do for saving ourselves from this situation. And what are the chances that judge will only give penalty fine and not 1month jail for this. Please suggest something
