Your brother has no any right in your self acquired property. According to succession Act. But the succession is according your personal law.
You can file a cavit against yor brother. Cavit is your right if something going wrong against you

Greetings. Joint Holders are eligible for share in the property however in your case it will be necessary to prove that how you have acquired the property at your own and no contribution from father/grandfather/siblings. Do reply to your brothers notice through advocate (legal notice) stating all facts. thanks.

Dear Client,
mere mention of your brother in the property gives him equal share or share to the extent mentioned in the title document. He also has share in the property of the father and grandfather as their heir.
