Dear Sir, I am land owner, and entering into development agreement with builder. Can you please guide me on, how to calculated stamp duty on development agreement?
you can go the sub registrar office pay the required fees and ask for valuation of your property SR will give the valuation sheet with his signature and seal. However in big project it has to be calculated by the JDR office
