I had purchased a property back in 2012 for which i had made advance payment . the vendor was providing me the intrest upto few months. After which they had promised to sell the property to reliance properties to which they did not oblige. hence we stopped payment of further installmemts. Hi
In this case we have 2 options.
First is to approach the respectable consumer court and secondly we can pressurise the vendor by filing a FIR against him.
Revert back for more legal information.
All the best

You can file a suit for specific performance or consumer complaint on the basis of your agreement with the vendor on the basis of details given by you. Otherwise all the documents pertaining to the property requires deep scrutiny before giving any advice for filing any case.
