Dear queriest,
You can file maintenance, house and injuction suit respectively. Injunction suit will prevent him to further sell out property. You also have to file suit for partition if will is not made by ur husband
Suit for declaration to be filed to revert the house in ur name or as the case may be.

After the death of your husband, you and your children are entitled to equal shares in the properties left by your husband. Now your elder son got the property transferred inhis name I presume that he has done so without any document from your husband. Now best course for you is apply for the partition of the properties and get a specific portion in your name and also challenge the transfer of property in your elder son s name

If your husbsnd died intestate than all heirs have same right if he had preparec any will than it will goes accordingly.
In former situtation you may file suit for Declaration and permament injunction.
