I am muslim women .my mother and father is died.my parent had only 2 children me and one brother.then what is the share in property.there is no will made by parent.can i have share and also suggest how much share
What is the property left by your father and mother are there two properties of father n mother
Out of ur father's property u r entitled to 1/3 n ur brother gets 1/3 share
Why not try for mutual partition and sharing of the property
