I am hindu boy wants to marry a muslim girl. whats the procedure to get registered if the parents are not allowing us to marry
The person can do marriage under special marriage act. The procedure has to be carried out to marry. The person should be major and should be sounds mind. The spm definitely help the person for the marriage.
