Muslim dowry issues regarding my sister health concerns and we need to

Hi Team,
My sister marriage happens on 2018 May, there are no child till now, got some health issue with my sister and happens abortion and also doctor says there is some issues which can't be cured, hence my brother in law wants divorce it seems now.
So my question here is what can we demand from our end to accept the divorce rather than our dowry.
You may demand multiple things like Alimony, Monthly Maintenance, the expenses incurred till date like dowry, wedding costs etc, and everything she received like gifts received, the property owned etc.
