Marriage Certificate from Tamilnadu Government

Dear Sir,
As per Muslim law my marriage held on 2004 through my village Masjid and have certificate from Masjid. That certificate no any value for any government purpose therefore I want take marriage certificate from Tamilandu government, I have approached through registered office they said after marriage with in 150 days complete the procedure otherwise will not register.
Hence what is the procedure to register my marriage and get certificate.

you have to file a writ petition at Madras High court seeking a direction to direct the registration department to register your marriage. you have to send a request to the registration department to register your marriage. the writ petition may also seeking to relax 150 days
