My wife has putted false 498 case manipulated by her parents. Now she also send maintenance case . Is there any chance to take stay order. what is the features of the case if it would be stay my religion is muslim
Well false case is matter of evidence if evidrce is in your favour you need not to pay maintenance and if there is some thing against then you hAve to.pay generally maintenance is gtyrd atet that as per status of parties court fix the maintenance in your case you have not disclosed the fact before the court if it is proved that case is false and other ground u need not to pay maintenance however generally maintenance can not be stopped in.general.cercumstanced
