How to legally change my husband name who is hindu to a muslim name.

Hi, Good Afternoon, My self Tahzeeb, I got married in the Islamic tradition NIKAAH, recently in the mid of 2019 to a converted Muslim guy who is a born Hindu. I wanted to legally change his name to the new Muslim name. A Islam embracing certificate and name change certificate was given the Govt khazi at masjid during nikaah, but to legally change my husband name in the KYC like Adhaar card, I would need legal name change certificate from lawyer. I know there could be certain issues which might arrive due to name change because in all the documents he has his original Hindu name. How to overcome such issues of property, Insurances, Fixed deposits etc. where the original name is already existing. Please help me with the detail process of name change and religion change of my husband legally. The documents available with my husband of marriage from khazi office: 1. Islaam embracing certificate 2. Name change certificate 3. Nikaah certificate
