Q: Illegal construction of penthouse on the terrace 15 years ago

Hello, I am an owner of a flat in an apartment society in Baghamberpet, Hyderabad, and am also one of the committee members of the society. There is an unauthorized and illegal penthouse constructed by the builder himself more than 15 years back and was subsequently sold to the current owner. The current owner happens to be the secretary of the society too. My query is...can a case be filed against this illegal construction and can we request the municipal authorities to demolish the illegal construction? This particular penthouse was constructed illegally more than 15 years ago. Does an illegal construction become legal automatically after a certain period if the authorities have failed to take action till now? problems with penthouses in hyderabad so Where and how do we lodge a complaint or file a case?

An illegal constructed building or house is always illegal until it was regularized through govt scheme,but in your case before you proceed you need to clarify the following requirements File an RTI askING details ofApproved Building planBuilding completion date/ certificate if anyOccupancy certificateList of registered owners Whether regularzed through BRS scheme or NotWhen u get the following information then only u will get the perfect idea what can be done.....

Q: Can i file a case against my wife for cheating ?

I got married in 2011 we don't have children. She eloped with a guy with a 20 tulas gold. She also wrote a false letter saying I and my family members tortured her. I appiled divorce for mutual constent. She filed false 498A on me and my family members. what case can i file for cheating wife?, Can I file 420 case her.

Do u have the evidence of what she did with you if you have the proof then only u can as every allegation need to be proved.It will be better to consult with complete details so that u may get a better solution to proceed further.

Q: Plumber cheated and took 5000 I have evidence

Plumber asked me to pay 5k at shop for materials but he didn't provide single items for me and now he is not responding my calls.

in your case if you have the evidence, draft a complaint and file the same at your nearest police station, they will book him under 420, and 406 of IPC..... the complaint must be very clear and it is your responsibility to explain the officer to book the case or settle the matter.

Q: inaction of police after registering FIR

I have filed FIR in 2 different police stations under section 354-A, and D,506,509 ,504 , 0n 13/11/2020 ans 20/11/2020 ,the accused is not been arrested yet or no action has been taken against him, police are not even informing me what they have investigated or investigation is not transparent, what could be my legal options in such case?

if you have filed a complaint, and still no action was taken, then you can approach the higher officer like ACP, DCP, Commissioner, with the complaint copy and definitely they will help you and action will be taken....
