Fraud done by my four brothers on died father's property

I belongs to indian muslim community. There were 12 members in my family including my late mother, late father, 5 sisters and 5 brothers including me. Three of my brothers have registered my fathers property on my fourth brother s name without involving us 6 and have made a lease agreement of the same property. So please give me solution for this so that i can stop the lease which have agreed by my thief brother s
