Hi,
I have filed for dissolution of marriage in 2022 but lawyer has not provided case number yet, My Wife have filed 498A, 323 , 504, 506, 34 on me and my family in 2023 , i live in abroad currently and My question over here is how soon these cases will be addressed in court and how me and my family members name can be removed from this without my passport getting seized.

why ur advocate taking this much time first u enquiry that and if ur wife filled 498a, 323,504,506,34 on you and ur family then appoint an good Advocate who can speak to Police when ur investigation at PS and he can file a quash case at high court

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to allegations mentioned in the chargesheet and to pray the court to discharge you from the case
