I m Muslims girl. Maine 2017 me court marriage kiya. Marriage paper 20 rupees ke stamp pe hai. Kya Ye valid hai ya nhi?
Muslim marriage be valid by Nikah only. This is civil contract, proposal and acceptance and Mehar is must in Muslim marriage.
