Main muslim boy hu meri shadi se ek bachhi hai par meri bachhi birth time se aab tak us maa aur us ki naani ke waha par hi hai aur vo naahi mujhe janti hai kyo ki vo mere sath ek din bhi nahi rahi hai is liye aab baat ye hai main meri bachi ki full custody chahta hu aur Islam ke jariye aab main aur meri wife me Khula ho raha hai to Kiya Khula hone ke baad child full custody mujhe mil sakti hai kyo ki meri ex wife ne remarriage kar li hai is liye mai nahi chahta ki meri bachi us ki maa ke sath rahe par problem ye hai ki bachi mujhe janti nahi hai srif maa ko janti hai kya case Karne se full custody mil sakti hai bachi 6 saal ki hone wali hai to kya bachi mujhe mil sakti hai please help me
