Q: What to do if my husband is having extra marital affairs ?

My husband is having extra marital affairs, we are married since 2010,he is Muslim and I am Hindu. we got married under Hindu marriage act. I want to send him jail.. he is having so many extra marrital affairs. I already collected all proofs of his ofence. please help me and inform me how to stop husband extra marital affairs?, can wife file case against husband for extra marital affairs ?

You can file divorce petition on the ground of adultery against your husband and simultaneously you can file a criminal case against your husband by registering an FIR against your husband in divorce case you can easily get alimony from your husband.

Q: what is indian law for second marriage without divorce in muslim ?

hi I want to know what is india law for muslim man who wants to do second marriage with out giving divorce to first wife. is second marriage legal in india for muslim man ? Please reply

According to Muslim law and sharia, Muslim man can perform second marriage without giving divorce to first wife. Second marriage without divorce to first wife of man is valid. Second marriage of Muslim man is valid.

Q: How to go back to husband house when he is not ready

 I am 5 months pregnant and staying at my sister's place since a month initially I had come for a week but my husband changed the house and took it in a area where is was agreed before marriage that we won't stay in that locality he is not ready to change nor he is talking to me nor taking care of my expenses I am tortured mentally as why is he behaving this way I want him to stick to the agreement we had and shift the house from that locality can I get legal help in this?

You can file a case of domestic violence under the, protection of women from domestic violence act 2005 under section 12 & others by which you can demand residence according to your wish and will and also you can demand separate residence.

Q: Regarding fake IPC 354 case on ME

One of the lady constable , constable.filed a fake 354 a on me..she has also previously filed like this cases on other people....I'm professional...i don't want to get into it... kindly guide me

You have to go according to procedure after submission of chargesheet by investigation officer then charge will be frame against you then summons will issue to complainant then other witnesses will be called matter will proceed in that way.

Q: Complaint against husband and in law for domestic violence

My husband misbehave me n my family for money.he is asking not to talk on phone even to my family.he misbehave my parents coz they have not spent money in marriage.he abuses me.my in laws also try to make him understand to avoid such things but he pretend he won't repeat but he do and tell a lie about his abuses while discussing.he frequently says sorry n make same issue weekly.

You can file domestic violence case against your husband and your in laws you can get protection from harassment and torcher by them and if you does not want to continue marriage then you can file case for divorce against your husband .
