Can a daughter have right in fathers property

The plot is registered in my fathers name as my sister did not have any source to build house , I did the house construction taking up loan, As mutual understanding after the house completes a registered agreement will be made which states that the property with land will be shared between sister and brother on 1;1 sharing. we are a Muslim family is this provision allowed in the Muslim law.
