Can a couple get court marriage done twice

I have married a muslim boy on 16th June 2014 and i am a hindu, our parents were not ready so we had to take that step and did the court marriage, but after the marriage we did not tell our parents and stayed separate for 3 years. Now his parents are ready for the marriage and wants us to do court marriage in patna or mumbai, both the family don't know about the court marriage and still my parents are not ready. My question is can we do court marriage again in Patna or Mumbai and is there going to be any legal issue because we have stayed apart for 3 years.What should be done?

first of all you should not perform again court marriage when you are first marriage is in existence
Your second marriage will be void
