Sir i just to know that when the new law The Model Act of Tenancy will be implemented
Since land is a subject of the state, this act is not binding on the states and is, therefore, called a draft. It is left to individual states to decide whether to accept it or not. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification,

kindly tell me which state are you from. this is incomplete information for me. i am unable to understannd what do you want to know exactly. otherwise in punjab new tenancy act is applicable and new ejectment petitions are being filed under this act.
