I dont know whether it is a Licensee Agreement or Agreement for tenancy. if you have entered a licensee agreement with your licensor then you can file a case for eviction of licensee but if you have entered a tenancy agreement then you have to file eviction of tenant on the ground of default in payment of rent. There is a necessity to go through the agreement, the bill you drew earlier and other necessary documents which are vwry much relevant to file a case based upon those documents. You also have to serve a notice of eviction in case it is tenancy agreement. But proper relief will only be granted to you after going through all relevant papers.
