Q: I don't have birth certificate
Hello I'm from Kolkata , my concern is my actual D.O.B is 02.04.1997 but in my all certificate like voter card , aadhar card, pan card and also school certificate there my D.O.B mentioned as 02.04.1996..and I don't have birth certificate so what should I do.. I want to correct all certificates

from which document you can prove your actual DOB?I have to go through each and every document to give you proper legal advice otherwise the result will be like taking the medicine of quack doctor hoping for recovery. The patient may die or survive basing on your luck.
Q: ACESS TO ELECTRIC METER AND WATER PUMP SWITCH DENIED BY GARAGE OWNER
All electric meter and water pump switch installed in garage since 33 years. Now owner of garage denieying acess to meter and water pump switch. Pump cannot be started no water in building of seven families. Deed of property clearly states garage owner has to give acess to meter.

you have to initiate civil suit against garage owner. suit for declaration and to remove the obstruction . you should consult an advocate who deals in property related civil cases. without scrutinising documents, it is not possible to give any fruitful legal advice
Q: Claim for injury(broken hand) in sports academy. Claim of compensation
We run a football academy(under a partnership). One of our trainees(age 12) got hit by a ball struck by our coach and he had fracture that needed surgery . The parents say it was negligent behaviour on our part and are threatening to claim compensation.In case they do, what happens if the claim is accepted by the court and company cannot pay the money.

they will execute the order of court. there is compensation, attachment of property, conviction and many more ways to execute the order. have to go through case details after filing of any case. your company shall face the legal consequence thereof

My neighbour WRIT case file against me and authority. I see case stage is new motion. High court still not served notice.advocate copy sent notice.in this situation I hire a lawyer or not??

Can I complain against university for giving me a wrong photocopy of answer sheet which I filed through RTI

you have to file a RTI APPEAL CASE before proper forum within limitation period. That is the law. you cannot complaint against university to elswhere directly. If RTI APPEAL is rejected , you can move to High Court directly against the university
