What to do when a rented portion get sealed by corporation

I am for the tenant my rented portion have been sealed and locked by the chennai corporation, land lord have not taken any steps. My children certificates are in the sealed house, I need to take back my all belongings... Pls suggest any valuable steps to achieve the theme..
You may explain the situation to the Corporation authorities and request them to let you take out your belongings as you are only a tenant and not the landlord against whom their action lies. If there is no positive response, you may file a Writ in the High Court seeking appropriate orders against the Corporation.
