What to do if there is a dispute with shop owner

I'm running my shop in sonahatu,I give rent for room where I run my shop but my room owner is asking me for my signature in a document which says that this shop is his we are salesman here is it right? What should I do now?

This is not proper. Dont sign on any such document. He will use it to evict you and also grab all property in the shop. This is general modus adopted to easily evict a tenant. Infact insist for lease agreement with him.
