What to do if tenant is not vacating the flat

Hello, I have given my house on rent. and in 1 month i find buyer so i sold it. and now that person (new buyer) want this house. i requested to my Renter to leave my house. but she refuse and we have also rent agreement for 11 months. but she said when this agreement will over i will leave this house not before that. what should i do. i have also written in agreement that if owner wants they can ask them to leave the house in 1 month notice. every time she makes problem and abuse to my family that she will not leaving this house. please give me proper advice. so i can move on legal process. and also tell me if i make a case on my renter and what's the problem that i have to face. As you have mentioned in the concerned agreement you can force them to vacate your house with prior notice of one month. So you just give them notice in presence of two person as witness or can send her a notice through an advocate for the same. On completion you approach the legal authority for compilation of the agreement.
